As a CrossFit gymnastics and USA Weightlifting coach and athlete, I’m excited to share my passion for fitness with others by helping them become the best version of themselves.

When not at the gym I enjoy spending time with my husband (Kit) and son (Corbin) and our 2 dogs. I also work as a hairstylist and I’m currently studying nutrition.

I was born and raised in Curitiba, Brazil. I received my MD degree in 2002 followed by residency in ophthalmology. Now married with two beautiful daughters, I’m happy to join the Steadfast team where we can help others to develop the same passion for sport and fitness. When I’m not at Steadfast I spend most of my time taking care of my family. As we can never stop learning, I love to read about nutrition and on how to keep our movements safe while performing this beautiful sport.

Chris Feenstra


USAW level 1 coach.
I’ve been working in the fitness and sports industry since 1995. I started competing in weightlifting in 2000. I coach to hopefully help others reach whatever goals they have in lifting or fitness and maybe more just like all my coaches have done for me.

Stephanie Hanson


Stephanie Hanson is a USAW certified Level 2 Advanced Weightlifting & Sport Performance Coach (AWSPC). Stephanie is also the Orchestra Director at Ashland City Schools in Ashland, Ohio where she teaches grades 4-12. She is glad she gets the opportunity to combine her passion for teaching with her passion for weightlifting. Stephanie loves to work with people of all ages and skill levels, with a focus on developing the competitive athlete. Additionally, Stephanie is a weightlifter herself and has competed at the USAW American Open Series.

Michael Yoder


Michael, from Plain City, has always had a passion for sports and fitness. He has a love for competition and played sports through high school and college. The satisfaction from pushing past old limits and achieving goals is what motivates him to be better every day. Being a group fitness instructor and personal trainer allows him to take his passion and use it to challenge others to do the same.
