Our strength and conditioning program minus the strength. This specialized track provides a less intense, but longer-duration workout that emphasizes elements such as running, and rowing.

Who is it for?

  • People who are interested in increasing their endurance or who already enjoy endurance training
  • People who dislike running or other endurance type activities
  • People dealing with pain and/or injuries from running or other activities
  • People who enjoy or are interested in running or rowing
  • People interested in improving posture and running/rowing technique
