Steadfast Performance Training now offers an ALL NEW On-Ramp program designed to help new members learn fundamental human movement, such as squat, press, and deadlift, just to name a few. This program will also be available to anyone who is interested in working on a specific movement, improving their overall ability to move well, or to become more comfortable and confident with a specific lift or movement. This program would also be appropriate for anyone coming back from an injury. The emphasis is to teach proper movement patterns using little to no weight as well as assess and correct movement restrictions.
STEADFAST FUNDAMENTALS class will meet every Thursday from 7:15-8:00pm alternating between the following four classes:
- Week one: The Squat
- Week two: The Press
- Week three: The Deadlift
- Week four: Weightlifting 101
Class will launch on Thursday, October 3rd with Steadfast Fundamentals: The Squat at 7:15pm.
$25/class or $80 for all four paid in advance.
