CrossFit Plain City
CrossFit Plain City now offers an ALL NEW On-Ramp program designed to help new members learn fundamental human movement, such as squat, press, and deadlift, just to name a few. This program will also be available to anyone who is interested in working on a specific movement, improving their overall ability to move well, or to become more comfortable and confident with a specific lift or movement. This program would also be appropriate for anyone coming back from an injury. The emphasis is to teach proper movement patterns using little to no weight as well as assess and correct movement restrictions.
STEADFAST FUNDAMENTALS will meet every Monday from 7:15-8:00pm alternating between the Squat, Press, Deadlift, and Weightlifting 101
Monday November 25th, The Deadlift
Monday December 2nd, Weightlifting 101
Monday December 9th, The Squat
Monday December 16th, The Press
Monday December 23rd, The Deadlift
Monday December 30th, Weightlifting 101
$25/class or $80 for all four paid in advance.
